NOTE: Only single rooms are available. You may book up to four rooms in each booking, with a request that these rooms be adjacent and on the same floor. One person per room. Children must be 14 years old to occupy a single room. Each floor has a maximum of 10 rooms. You may pay for all rooms in one credit card payment. Note that these rates are extremely advantageous (three or four rooms are comparable to the cost of a single standard London hotel room).

If you prefer to stay in a B&B or Inn off campus, we can provide lists, but you should also calculate the cost of taxis and inconvenience of access if you stay off campus. Contact execdir@iapl.info for details.

Brunel Conference Services will reply requesting your credit card information to confirm your room reservation if you have not yet supplied it. Your room is not reserved until you provide your credit card information. You must send your credit card information within 48 hours of submitting your room reservation request. Full payment is required in advance and your card will be charged upon receipt.

Once you submit this form, you will be asked to print out and fax the PDF Credit Card Information Form (Visa, Mastercard, Switch) directly to the Brunel Conference Services office.

You must submit this online form first.
