Early bird registration fees (Tier 1):

  • Standard Registration Fees - (Tier 3)
    • paid and received
    • prior to April 15th, 2013
  • $240. for Regular Members

  • Late Registration Fees - (Tier 4)
    • paid and received

    • but before May 1st
    • deadline for printed nametags and other pre-registered participants conference materials

  • On-Site Registration - (Tier 5)
    • fees paid at the conference
    • (program participants must have already paid registration fees)
    • NOTE: Registration Fees can still be paid online after May 1st. However fees will be treated as the same as 0n-Site payments.
    • Registration (for those not on the program) and any additional payments can be completed throughout the conference at the IAPL Registration Desk beginning on the first day of the conference.

  • $240 for Student Members
  • $240 for Retired Members
  • $240 for Accompanying Significant Other - Partner Participants (not on Program)*
  • Anyone wishing to join IAPL is welcome to do so. IAPL members receive the current IAPL Lexington Textures Book each year and discounts on conference registration rates. For those who do not wish to be a member of IAPL and pay the higher amount, Non-Member rates are listed. [NOTE: this option is not available to anyone who will be listed on the Conference Program.]
  • $350. Non-Members
* Accompanying Significant Other - Partner (not on Program) = spouse / partner / friend who will accompany a conference participant and who wishes to attend conference events, receptions-dinners, receive full registration and conference materials, including nametag, program, tote, etc. These rates do not apply to an accompanying significant other - partner who will be presenting a paper or serving as conference speaker, chair, organizer, etc. In this case, regular member rates are required.
Note: Registration fees cannot be refunded. Conference planning is based on registration fees paid.
