  • Log on with your Member ID in order to complete this form. If you are not already logged on, go back to "Home." Enter your Member ID and password, then use the "back" function to return to this page. Your browser will keep you logged in (even though you may not see it above).
  • You must be a current IAPL member in order to submit an abstract for the upcoming conference. A special two year membership is available to those joining this year for the first time. Thereby your membership will be current for the conference year as well.
  • Annual membership in IAPL includes many benefits (including the opportunity to propose an upcoming conference paper, the current Textures volume, access to the IAPL website, etc.).
  • Before you begin to complete this form:
    • You will need to obtain the (1) Member ID, (2) Full name, and (3) E-mail of each speaker (these must be exactly the same as what the speaker has entered in the Personal Data form).
    • Each speaker will need to confirm current IAPL membership in order to be included.
    • You will need a minimum of four speakers in order for the form to submit properly.

  • Once you submit this form, the participants whom you have listed here (with their Member ID and E-mail) will receive an e-mail inviting them to complete information concerning their role and/ or paper details for the session.
  • Your session will not be complete until all participants have submitted their information. You should make sure that each participant submits a speaker form.
  • Once complete, the Proposed Session will be ready for consideration by the IAPL Executive Committee for inclusion in the upcoming IAPL Conference.
  • Submit this session information as soon as you have ascertained that it is complete and that all participants whom you have listed are current IAPL members. They can each complete their own information online.
