  • You must be a current IAPL member in order to submit an abstract for the upcoming conference. A special two year membership is available to those joining this year for the first time. Hence your membership will be current for the conference year as well.
  • Annual membership in IAPL includes many benefits (including the opportunity to propose an upcoming conference paper, the current Textures volume, access to the IAPL website, etc.).

Please include the name of someone whom you would propose to serve as Chair and Moderator of a session that would include your paper. [Note: Chairs cannot also give a paper elsewhere on the program. One place on the Program per person.] Please obtain the potential chair's agreement to serve as Chair if invited to do so. Your recommendation of a potential Chair will assist us in organizing the program.

*AGREEMENT:

I confirm that, if my paper abstract submission is accepted by the IAPL Executive Committee, I agree to: (1) register for the conference (early bird registration is available prior to Dec 15th, at the latest prior to Feb 15th), (2 ) attend the conference and present my 20 minute paper, (3) participate actively in the more than my own session during the conference, and (4) update my IAPL membership for the new year (prior to February 15th; special reduced two-year memberships are available for those joining for the first time).

Note: The Executive Committee will organize accepted papers into sessions, and hence your confirmation of participation at this time will facilitate this process.

I also agree to confirm my participation in the annual conference by completing the online "Participant Form" prior to February 15th (or upon notification of acceptance of my paper for the conference). If, for any reason, I am unable to complete this form prior to February 15th, I will write to the IAPL Executive Director at: execdir@iapl.info
