We are delighted to announce that IAPL has concluded an arrangement with the Leeds Marriott Hotel for special rates and extraordinary accommodations at the Leeds Marriott Hotel, located in the closest proximity to the primary IAPL 2003 conference site at the Leeds Town Hall in the City Centre.  The Leeds Marriott has agreed to provide participants of IAPL 2003 a single or double room for the special rate of £80.00 per room per night inclusive of VAT but exclusive of breakfast.  This means that you will not pay additional tax for your room and for those sharing a room, the cost is especially favorable.  Continental Breakfast will be provided at the IAPL conference site for all registered conference participants.

You must mention IAPL in order to receive your special rate.  Otherwise the room cost at the Marriott is substantially higher.  Please select the conference hotel in order to obtain this special rate.  Make your hotel reservation today.  You will be asked to give your credit card information.  However, your card will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel.  So reserve your place now.  You will be delighted with these accommodations.  In any case, the hotel will be unable to hold the special block of rooms after March 15th, 2003. 

Furthermore, we will hold the opening reception in the Marriott Hotel for all conference participants on Monday evening, May 26th, 2003 after dinner beginning at 21:00 (9 p.m.).  The reception will be held in the unusual Dysons, formerly an antique clock shop with a charming two-level space, a balustrade,  period woodwork, and an extraordinary bar.  Once again, you will be able to go online and register in advance for the conference and then pick up your registration materials at the conference site on Monday afternoon.
