INTERMEDIALITIES
Articulated in the interdisciplinary context of literature, visual arts,
theater and film, intermedialities are also linked to debates around media
literacy, multimedia, and interactivity in new media technologies.
Philosophically, the ‘inter’ is concerned not only with interdisciplinary
approaches in the arts and visual cultures, but also with multicultural
commitments in politics and ethics.Submissions to:

Submit 2-3 page abstracts for max. 20 minute papers no later than Oct 1 st ,
2001. Approximately twenty General Sessions will be created from
IAPL Executive Committee selected abstracts.Proposed sessions of 3-5 papers, which must include abstracts of each paper
plus a session chair, will also be considered.Each abstract will be considered separately.
