IAPL 2001, the 25th annual IAPL conference, will be held at the Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia on MAY 1-5. Organized around the theme BEGINNINGS, the International Association for Philosophy and Literature looks forward to welcoming you to our 25th anniversary conference.

Located within a short drive from the heart of Atlanta, Spelman College was supported in the 19th century by the Rockefeller family and has since 1881 provided a quality education for generations of African-American women.   Today Spelman has maintained that tradition with elegance and charm.
