- Submit
an abstract (1,000 word maximum) for
NO MORE THAN 20 minute presentation time.
- Papers
should relate broadly to the conference theme: CHIASMATIC
ENCOUNTERS.
- Deadline
for submissions: no later than Oct 15th,
2004. (The Executive Committee has confirmed that OCTOBER
1st must be the absolute deadline this year. So please send in your
abstracts early.)
- Send
7 copies (by mail only).
- Be
sure that your name is on each page of the Abstract.
- Staple
together each copy.

- ONLINE
SUBMISSION is now the preferred method:

- BY
REGULAR MAIL:
- You
can copy this form from your browser into your word processor and
complete it in your word processor.
- Send
7 copies.
- Keep
each copy together so that there are 7 groups of (1) the proposer
submission form, (2) the description of the proposed session (up to
750 words), and (3) abstracts for each of the papers to be included
in the session (up to 1,000 words each).
- For
regular mail submissions, be sure that the Proposer's name is on all
pages of the submission. Then add the particular Speaker's name for
each relevant abstract.
- Staple
together each of the seven copies.

- Only one
submission per person.
- No one can
be on the Program more than once.
